Использование фотоприемных устройств
в качестве контрольных
для снижения погрешности измерений

Приведены результаты исследований метрологических характеристик методик измерений вольтовой чувствительности (S_V) и обнаружительной способности (D_λ*) фотоприемных устройств. Показана возможность уменьшения основной относительной погрешности измерений фотоэлектрических параметров в 2-2,5 раза.

The application of photodetector preamplifier modules as control ones to reduce the measurement error

To reduce the manufacturer's risk in the development and production of photodetectors and photodetector preamplifier modules, a manufacturing parameters margin is being introduced. The main relative measurement error appears in the formula for the margin determination. At a high error level a part of good products is rejected as defective. The investigation results of voltage responsivity (S_V) and detectivity (D_λ*) measurement procedure metrological characteristics are given in the paper, a scope for reduction of the main relative measurement error is shown.
